The syfy version of a Morlock appeared in the 2011 movie called Time Machine Rise of the Morlocks. The morlocks in this version are red walks on all 4 and has no set of white hair.
Origins[]
In this version, the origins of the Morlocks are a paradox. They are first discovered to be earth's dominant species in the 2080s by soldiers sent through a portal in time as part of an experiment. After it is discovered that they are virtually immune to all diseases, Colonel John Wichita attempts to bring one to the present day and use its dna to save his dying son which results in his own death. At the end, it is revealed that a dna sample was obtained and transfused into Wichita's son who then transforms into the first Morlock.
