Jack Attack appeared in the 2004 crossover movie called Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys. Its a Jack-in-the-box that's been possessed by a demon, It has a clown face with sharp teeth and baby rattle for a tail, and when it moves around it slithers like a snake.
