Frank Roosevelt is the main antagonist in the 2017 movie House Shark. He was played by Trey Harrison. He is having to live in a tent in his backyard after the babysitter got eaten by the house shark. He is trying to kill the house shark by teaming up with a real estate agent named Abraham and a scientist named Zachary.
